Transpersonal Regression Therapy
Some patterns have no origin story in this life that accounts for their intensity. Regression therapy follows the feeling backwards — not to explain it, but to find the moment it was set, and complete what was left unfinished there.
What it is
Transpersonal Regression Therapy guides you into a relaxed, focused state and follows a present-day feeling back to its earliest imprint — which may be earlier in this life, at birth, or beyond it. The work is not about proving what you find; it is about resolving it.
What it helps with
Persistent fears and phobias with no clear cause, chronic pain that has not responded to treatment, recurring relationship dynamics, a sense of unfinished business, and grief that will not settle.
What a session looks like
Regression sessions run longer than a standard appointment because the process needs room. You remain conscious and able to speak throughout. The session closes with integration so that you leave grounded rather than opened up.
What people ask about Regression Therapy
No. What matters therapeutically is the resolution of the material that surfaces, not how you interpret its origin. Many clients hold the question open throughout.
Your practitioner will assess this with you first. The work is paced, and where a nervous system needs stabilising first, we will start there instead.
Longer than a standard session — typically 90 minutes to two hours, so that the process can complete and close properly.
