How we collect, use, store and protect the personal information you share when you enquire about or book a session at our Bijwasan centre.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field. If you book a session, we hold the notes necessary to deliver that care.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver sessions, and to keep the clinical and scheduling records that responsible practice requires. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Session confidentiality
What you share in a session is confidential between you and your practitioner. The limited exceptions are where there is a serious and imminent risk to your safety or someone else's, or where we are compelled by law. Your practitioner will explain this at the outset.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Session records are retained for the period required by professional practice standards, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Write to connect@thehealingroom.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Where analytics are used, they are configured to avoid collecting personally identifying information.
