The terms governing sessions, workshops, certification courses and workshop space rental at our holistic wellness centre in Bijwasan, New Delhi.
Who we are
The Healing Room is an undertaking of Treta Wellness Pvt. Ltd., operating from Shop No 2, 101/17, Bijwasan – Palam Vihar Rd, opposite The Sunroom Cafe, Bijwasan, New Delhi 110061.
Nature of our services
Our therapies, classes and programmes are complementary practices intended to support emotional and energetic wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this website should be read as a medical claim. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, please continue it and inform your practitioner.
Booking and attendance
Sessions are booked in advance and held at the agreed time. Please arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time so that the practitioner can honour the next appointment.
Your responsibilities
Please disclose relevant medical conditions, medication and psychiatric history when booking so your practitioner can work safely and appropriately. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after a session.
Workshops and training
Places on workshops and certification courses are confirmed on payment. Certification is awarded on completion of the stated requirements. Certification qualifies you in the specific modality taught and does not constitute a psychotherapy or medical licence.
Space rental
Space hire is subject to a separate booking confirmation setting out dates, duration, capacity and price. Hirers are responsible for their own participants, their own insurance where applicable, and for leaving the space as they found it.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
